A Simple Guide to Kratom (and how to AVOID NAUSEA);

Here are a few very simple rules that I once read in regards to Kratom Insense. If these rules are followed when using aromatherapy, one will rarely have a problem with kratom.

1. ALWAYS take some type of motion sickness medication (preferrable Bonine or it's generic form as it is the "less drowsy" formula) within 30 minutes to kratom insense aromatherapy. Kratom causes motion sickness as do actual opiates. If you do not do this, you will probably get ridiculous nausea and throw up. Obviously the biggest drawback to kratom is Nausea. This is a surefire way to avoid it. This is a 100% fact, heed it.

2. NEVER use Kratom Insense for aromatherapy if you have a hangover. You body can not process it no matter how much motion sickness medication you take. Hangovers suck enough, but when you are vomiting violently and uncontrolably, "suck" is a vicious understatement.

3. Avoid extracts, 15x. 20x, etc.; also, find maybe 2 or 3 strains that are appropriate and alternate between them.

4. NEVER use more than necessary.

5. If even after motion sickness medications have been taken appropriately, there is still nausea, chew some ginger root or drink ginger ale. There are also over the counter nausea gums and formulas. They work as well, but ginger root is the hands down best remedy if motion sickness meds have failed.

The third and fourth rules are more of an opinion and suggestion, but extracts can often make future kratom experiences not as worthy, as one's body will be used to more of the alkaloid, and using too much will do just the same.

PLEASE, if any of you are members on other forums, repost this and spread this word, at the very least, the first two rules pertaining to nausea. This information is not widely known. Try it for yourself, the proof is in the pudding. Get this word out to fellow Kratom Enthusiasts, as Nausea is never pleasant, and can simply destroy the kratom experience.
